Probably the most widely used vitamin. It helps to prevent viral infections. High dosage of C is used to treat infectious diseases and viral infections, by neutralizing free radicals, boost the immune systems and rid viruses.
Also helps form the collagen protein in building healthy bones, muscle and blood vessel.

60-90mg/day.
Can increase to 3,000mg/day for infections, colds.

warnings:
People that are acidic should take C in the form of
